Senior Data Analyst

We are looking for a Senior Data Analyst to lead advanced data analysis projects and shape the analytical direction of our company. You will play a key role in influencing business decisions by uncovering insights through sophisticated data analysis and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address business challenges with data-driven strategies.

Your Responsibilities:

• Conduct advanced data analysis to uncover insights and support strategic business decisions.

• Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards in Power BI for clear and effective communication with senior leadership.

• Collaborate with business teams to identify challenges and employ data-driven solutions to address them.

• Apply statistical models and machine learning algorithms to analyze trends, optimize processes, and provide actionable insights.

• Work closely with data engineers and other technical teams to ensure seamless integration of data pipelines.

• Lead initiatives to enhance data analysis methodologies and improve data infrastructure.

• Stay at the forefront of AI advancements, particularly in LLMs, Generative AI, and frameworks like langchain and RAG.

We Expect:

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or a related field, with a proven track record of leading advanced analytical projects.

• Expertise in SQL for querying and analyzing large datasets.

• Proficiency in PowerBI for building visualizations and dashboards.

• Strong experience in Python and the ability to develop and deploy machine learning models.

• Knowledge of statistical analysis and machine learning algorithms.

• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) for deploying analytics solutions.

• Understanding of LLMs, Generative AI, and AI frameworks like Langchain and RAG.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leadership.
