As a PMO Manager, you will serve as the key liaison for all Project Management Office initiatives with our clients, playing a crucial role in our mission.

Key Responsibilities

As The PMO Manager, Your Responsibilities Will Encompass

  • Developing, refining, and managing all aspects of Project Governance for your designated accounts.
  • Monitoring and tracking Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to ensure adherence.
  • Overseeing formal client communications, including Corrective Action Plans and initiatives for internal improvements.
  • Managing and guiding Project Management personnel to ensure timely delivery of project objectives.
  • Effectively allocating resources and forecasting resource utilization.
  • Collaborating closely with the Account General Manager and Application Delivery Manager to meet account goals.
  • Providing a centralized management framework for all project management functions, which includes:
  • Implementing a defined change control model for system and business changes.
  • Utilizing tools like MS Project for managing client project portfolios.
  • Identifying, tracking, and managing project deliverables.
  • Adhering to the Risk Management plan.
  • Producing all necessary contractual artifacts, including status reports.
  • Maintaining and evolving project governance as required.
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to enhance their skills.
  • Ensuring the PMO consistently delivers projects that exceed client expectations.

Required Skills

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience managing a PMO, with expertise in establishing PMOs.
  • At least 5 years of experience managing large-scale Information Technology projects.
  • PMP certification.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management methodologies, techniques, and processes, establishing you as a credible subject matter expert.
  • Proven capability to cultivate strong relationships with executives, technology teams, customers, and vendors.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in managing a PMO.
  • At least 5 years of experience overseeing large-scale Information Technology projects.
  • PMP certification is mandatory.

Compensation And Benefits

The salary range for this role is (108,500 – )155,000 per year. Base pay may vary depending on geographic location, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. All full-time salaried employees are eligible for our generous vacation policy, a 401(k) employer match, comprehensive health benefits, and educational assistance.
