Ai Implementation Operations Specialist (Remote)

This company is seeking a versatile professional to fill the role of AI Implementation and Operations Specialist. This position is essential in connecting various departments, implementing AI-driven solutions for clients, and ensuring the seamless operation of day-to-day activities. The ideal candidate will serve as an integrator, implementer, and operator, with the ability to understand complex Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), translate them into actionable plans, and execute them effectively.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align company solutions with business objectives.
• Integrate our system with various CRM systems and other marketing tools to optimize client workflows.
• Customize implementations to meet diverse client needs across industries such as real estate, digital marketing, and enterprise sales
• Oversee the deployment of our platform AI-driven conversational bot systems for clients.
• Manage the setup and configuration of automated two-way conversations to ensure quality lead engagement on LinkedIn.
• Implement new features and processes to enhance our operational efficiency and scalability.
• Monitor and maintain the performance of integrations across multiple platforms.
• Assess and improve operational processes continuously to ensure optimal performance and client satisfaction.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to AI bots, CRM integrations, and LinkedIn automation workflows.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years in SaaS implementation, AI Tools and technologies, or related fields.
• Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of AI technologies, particularly in ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Claude.
• Proficiency in automation tools such as Zapier, GoHighLevel, and other LinkedIn Lead Generation Tools. Proficient in AI-driven conversational bot platforms, with a focus on LinkedIn automation.
• Expertise in LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn lead generation.
• Experience with CRM, GoHighLevel.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms for clients and team members.
• Adaptability and quick learning in a rapidly evolving technological landscape.
