Job Summary:

We are looking for experienced Odoo Developers with strong skills in Python and Django to join our team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for developing, customizing, and maintaining Odoo applications and working on projects that require a deep understanding of Odoo’s framework, along with Python and Django.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and test Odoo modules, custom features, and third-party integrations.
• Customize and enhance Odoo applications to meet the business requirements.
• Implement Odoo solutions for different business functions such as Sales, CRM, HR, Finance, etc.
• Work on Python and Django-based applications and services, integrating them with Odoo when necessary.
• Maintain and troubleshoot Odoo environments to ensure smooth operations.
• Perform code reviews, debug issues, and optimize performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features.
• Document development processes, customizations, and configurations.

Required Skills:

• Odoo Framework: Strong experience in Odoo development and customization.
• Python: Proficiency in Python programming language.
• Django: Hands-on experience with Django framework.
• Database: Proficient in PostgreSQL and experience working with databases in Odoo and Django projects.
• APIs: Experience with RESTful APIs and integration with external systems.
• Version Control: Familiarity with Git for version control and collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4-8 years of experience in Odoo development, with proven expertise in Python and Django.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills for effective collaboration with the team and clients.

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and JQuery.
• Understanding of Odoo’s functional modules such as Sales, Inventory, Manufacturing, and Accounting.
• Knowledge of Docker and cloud deployment (AWS, Azure, etc.).
