Role Overview:
We are seeking a Lead Aggregation, Distribution, and Tracking Specialist who will be responsible for gathering leads from various platforms (email, SMS, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn campaigns, and cold calling), distributing them appropriately to teams, and tracking their progress to ensure optimal follow-up and conversion. The ideal candidate is compelling, trustworthy, and has strong experience in advanced Excel, analytics, data preparation, and lead management tools like HubSpot. You will play a crucial role in the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Aggregate leads from multiple platforms including email campaigns, SMS, Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn campaigns, and cold calling initiatives.
- Distribute leads to relevant team members or departments based on the business needs and campaign objectives.
- Track lead progress and performance, ensuring no lead goes untracked and that follow-up processes are maintained across the board.
- Utilize advanced Excel techniques to manage and analyze lead data efficiently, preparing reports for management on lead quality, distribution effectiveness, and conversion metrics.
- Leverage tools like HubSpot and other CRM platforms to maintain accurate and up-to-date lead information, ensuring data integrity.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline lead management processes and enhance conversion rates.
- Provide insights and recommendations on lead distribution strategies based on data analysis.
- Be open to working in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment and contribute to process improvements as the organization grows.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in lead management, data preparation, and analytics.
- Tools Expertise: Proficiency with CRM systems (HubSpot required) and other relevant lead management tools.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros), strong data analytics capabilities.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey insights effectively.
- Work Ethic: Trustworthy, compelling, and results-oriented with a passion for driving business growth.
- Team Collaboration: Comfortable working with cross-functional teams in a startup environment.
