Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure team members consistently meet performance goals and KPIs while delivering exceptional service.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Customer Service Representatives to achieve their performance targets.
- Analyze daily and monthly performance reports to identify trends and areas for enhancement.
- Conduct quality assurance monitoring to maintain high customer satisfaction and operational accuracy.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries professionally and ensure effective resolution.
- Conduct interviews for prospective team members and participate in the hiring process.
- Manage annual performance reviews and facilitate team meetings to enhance team cohesion.
- Maintain open communication with senior management regarding any operational challenges.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and enhance overall team morale.
Required Skills
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and guide team members.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency in performance evaluation processes and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Dependable and punctual with a professional demeanor, particularly when handling sensitive information.
Qualifications
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a college degree is preferred.
- 4-5 years of relevant management experience, particularly in customer service or call center settings.
- Proven track record of supervising customer service teams or call centers successfully.
