We are looking for an Alliances Manager.

What does it mean? Here you go:

  • Global role leading day-to-day relationships and activities with AWS, Google, and Azure
  • Drive global co-selling GTM activities mainly with AWS to generate net new opportunities and expansions
  • Build, nurture, and grow together with GlobalDots’ Head of Alliances meaningful relationships with AWS field teams (AMs, ISMs, PSMs, etc.) through regional mechanisms on global opportunities
  • Dive deep into GD’s Sales and Partners teams, the AWS field team, and marketplace teams to successfully drive cross-organizational transactions via the AWS marketplace
  • Develop strong relations and advocates with key decision-makers in AWS and its ecosystem, as well as internally to support the growth of our business.
  • Think strategically and identify opportunities for collaboration and growth within the cloud ecosystem.
  • Develop and deliver training and sales enablement materials for internal sales teams to effectively promote alliance offerings.
  • Be the CEO of your business. You will be working independently, showing off your entrepreneurial skills 🙂

What does it take?

  • Is it all about the experience: Previous experience in business development, strategic partnerships, account management, or alliances management, in the cloud industry.
  • Technology, technology, technology. GlobalDots appreciates individuals with a CAN-DO attitude, we welcome Builders. Deep understanding of the cloud computing industry, including knowledge of cloud service providers (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and cloud technologies.
  • Think Big! Strong business development and sales skills to identify and nurture partnerships that align with the GlobalDots objectives.
  • Excellent networking and relationship-building skills to establish and maintain relationships with potential and existing alliance partners.
  • Capability to conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify potential partners and emerging trends.
  • Proficiency in negotiation and contract management to secure mutually beneficial agreements with alliance partners.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to articulate the value proposition of the alliance to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and legal, to ensure successful alliance execution.
  • Global travel is expected from time to time.
  • Fluent English – being a multilingual speaker is a significant advantage.
  • You will be expected to go through Cloud certifications (if you do not have one yet)
