Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team. This is an executive-level position based in Pune and offers the flexibility of remote employment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales with expertise in negotiation, relationship management, and team leadership. As a Senior Sales Executive, you will play a key role in driving our sales strategy and achieving organizational goals.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Excellent negotiation skills (Mandatory skill)
  • Proven ability in relationship management (Mandatory skill)
  • Demonstrated experience in team leadership (Mandatory skill)
  • Skilled in developing and implementing effective sales strategies
  • Proficient in market analysis and identifying growth opportunities
  • Experienced in customer acquisition and expanding client base
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Proven track record in closing deals and achieving sales targets

Roles And Responsibilities

Should have a good command over English and the local language

Must have good intelligence and logical ability

Relevant experience of laboratory industry / scientific industry will be an advantage

Open to travel 10-15 days outside the resident city in a month

Should be honest, self-driven and passionate about sales and career growth

Must have a knack of selling technical products

Must be a good team player

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives
  • Identify and target new business opportunities to expand the customer base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Lead sales presentations and negotiations to close high-value deals
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine sales approaches
  • Mentor and guide junior sales team members to enhance overall performance
  • Prepare regular reports and forecasts to track sales performance and progress
