Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Commercial Lines Manager to lead our dynamic team within a well-established insurance agency based in Mesa, AZ. This role presents a unique opportunity to oversee a dedicated group of Account Managers, Customer Support Representatives, and other service staff while contributing to a supportive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor a high-performing team of commercial lines account managers and support staff, promoting a culture of excellence and teamwork.
  • Oversee daily operations, managing workflows and implementing established Standard Operating Procedures within the Commercial Lines service department to ensure efficiency and quality of service.
  • Analyze client feedback and industry trends to identify opportunities for service enhancement.
  • Collaborate closely with the Practice Group Leader to achieve service excellence and profitability objectives.

Required Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook is essential.
  • Experience using Applied EPIC is required.
  • Possession of insurance designations such as CIC or CPCU is advantageous.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience as a Commercial Lines Account Manager within an independent agency setting.
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
  • An active Arizona Property and Casualty license is mandatory.
  • A college degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Compensation And Benefits

  • Competitive salary ranging from (110,000 to )150,000 annually, based on experience.
