    This role includes a comprehensive 7-week, full-time training program held at our Brisbane office.

    What you’ll do

    As an AAMI specialist, you will receive a high volume of inbound calls and will be responsible for:

    • Assisting new and existing customers by providing detailed information about insurance products and services
    • Handling inbound calls and inquiries, offering solutions tailored to customer needs
    • Achieving sales and service targets set for car and home insurance
    • Addressing and resolving customer concerns or issues in a timely manner
    • Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of insurance products and policies

    Shift & Hours

    We are currently recruiting for full-time positions on the below shift option:

    • Monday to Friday – 37.5 hours per week – start window 8am-10am (during DLS) and 9am-11am (non DLS)

    ‘Start window’ means you can be asked to start at any time between the hours shown. You must be able to fully commit to the shift shown.

    Training Period

    If successful, we are offering 7 weeks full time, paid training (Monday – Friday from 8.30am until 4.30pm), commencing on the Wednesday 20th November. This training will be held onsite at our Heritage Lanes office in Brisbane CBD.

    Work from home requirements

    As this role will be a combination of onsite attendance and work from home you will need to be set up accordingly. You will be provided with a Suncorp laptop; however, you must organise the following:

    • Home phone line or VOIP connection
    • Good quality internet connection, ergonomic set up including keyboard, mouse, dual screens, desk, chair and a private space.
