Sap Solutions Manager (Remote)

Capabilities: a. Expert knowledge of the SAP system and SAP project implementations, Support and upgrades. b. Significant expertise in the SAP Activate Project methodology and software. c. Significant experti. in SAP Change Management. d. Significant hands-on experience in consulting solutions with the usage of SAP Solution Manager and templates to advise on support and improving the process. a. Expert knowledge of oil and gas industry best practices to render support.

Responsibilities: a. Responsible for working and supporting as a member of the SAP Compete, Center team, working with business process owners and technical/functional team to address business requirements b. Configure and customize the SAP software and application. including carrying out further development thereof, if and as required. c. Develop testing, training, solution documentation and technical documentation. d. Participate in testing and training activities. a. Coordinate change management activities. f. Work closely vAth the other members of the team to deliver support services to the end user g. Responsible for wortong with the technical team to deliver S. landscape. h. Advke on HANA / SAC / Disclosure Management / BW Land.ape issues, Transport environment, Authorization, Performance Issues of Database, Installation of HANA Component Server, Plug Ins and Front-end (For all layers there are patches / supp)rt packages) that should be regularly install.. i. Responsible for working with the technical team to deliver SAP Security controls to ensure data protection for systems used by all areas of the organization. Skills Requirements:

a. Minimum of bachelor’s degree preferably a CA/CPA from a recognized educational institution and must have finandal background In Particular for SE. SCS and SAC PlannIN

b. Minimum of 10 years of professional industry work experience that includes a minirnum of 5 years of proven experien. in relevant busi.ss process areas with experience preferably in an Oil a. Gas organization and a minimum of 5 years hands-on SAP implementation/support experience induding at least 2 full life cycle implementation projects at a senior level for the relevant to area of expertise. c. SAP certrfication holders shall be given preference. d. Experience in executing SAP implementations utilizing SAP Activate Project methodology and S. Solution Manager e. Working knowledge of SAP enable Now documentation tool would be an added advantage. f. Should possess excellent communication skills in English, both oral and written, as well as good interpersonal, presentation, and documentation skills.
