Affiliate Manager (Remote)

We are now looking for an Affiliate manager, who will help us achieve our goals and move the business forward.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure consistent, high-quality interactions with affiliates, offering specialized support and guidance to our most valued partners, including campaign recommendations and feedback.
• Introduce new affiliates to our program, provide detailed explanations, and be the primary responder to their inquiries.
• Regularly review affiliate activities, assess their success, identify improvement areas, and suggest methods to boost revenue from these partnerships.
• Equip affiliates with necessary tools such as creative content, links, and performance reports through the Affise/AppsFlyer platforms as required.
• Understand and interpret key performance indicators to measure the success of affiliate campaigns.
• Build and develop valuable relationships with high-performing affiliates, leveraging research and personal connections to drive relevant traffic.
• Work in tandem with various departments to improve online materials, including the creation of promotional banners, videos, and written content.
• Continuously seek new affiliate sources, implement industry best practices, and keep informed of market trends and competitors.
• Regularly compile and deliver reports on affiliate performance.
• Actively participate in conferences, either as part of a team or individually, to network and stay updated with the latest industry insights.

Role Requirements:

• Affiliate Marketing Expertise: Demonstrable experience in affiliate marketing, with a preference for candidates with a background in Crypto, Finance, or Forex.
• Promotional Skills: A thorough understanding of how to effectively promote products using affiliate networks.
• Campaign Management: Adept at running advertising campaigns with affiliates on platforms such as Affise and Appsflyer.
• Data Analysis: Strong analytical skills to evaluate web traffic, meet key performance indicators, and comprehend metrics like CR, CPC, CPL, CPA, CPO, RS%, ROI, etc.
• Reporting Skills: Proficient in assessing the success of advertising campaigns and creating comprehensive reports.
• Market Research: Ability to conduct in-depth competitor analysis and independent statistical studies.
• Alignment with Company Vision: A keen interest in the company’s objectives and a dedication to contributing to its success.
• Creative Initiative: A proactive approach to bringing innovative ideas to fruition.
• Educational Background: Additional education in online marketing is a plus.
• Language Proficiency: Must be native or fluent in English, with proficiency in another language highly regarded.
