The role

We’re looking for an empathetic, energetic, and consultative Senior Account Manager to take ownership of a growing enterprise portfolio. This is an opportunity to be the face of Business Fitness within the enterprise accounting space, where you’ll expand upon an already solid foundation of relationships and coverage.

Your focus will be on driving new business sales while building and strengthening relationships with existing strategic enterprise clients. You will expand their presence within the top-tier firms while driving new relationships and partnerships, ensuring that Business Fitness continues to grow its reputation in the enterprise space.

This is a high-impact role, perfect for someone with the hunger and ambition to grow their enterprise coverage like never before. You’ll be responsible for taking what’s already in place and driving it to the next level. We need someone who is not just a solution seller but a strategic partner, capable of speaking the language of the accounting industry and adding value to every interaction.

What you bring to the role

• The hunger & ambition to grow this business like never before, and seriously transform the way people with their game changing products.
• Experience working as an Accountant, ideally in business services & public practice. We’re open to hearing from folks with audit & compliance experience…but the ability to speak the language of business services is essential.
• An in depth understanding of accounting principles & the challenges facing modern accounting firms, as well as the various modern accounting stacks currently in market.
• Experience + proven success in managing enterprise and/or multi-stakeholder mid-tier level client relationships in B2B SaaS, ideally within accounting software.
• You are a solution seller, an active listener who offers a tailored and consultative approach.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with experience delivering presentations, product demos and business reviews.
• The ability to build strong relationships at all levels, particularly with executives within complex enterprise organisations.

Bonus points

• Experience presenting at industry events, webinars, or conferences.
