Ability to conceptualize and develop creative design solutions based on client briefs
Experience in designing for print and digital media (brochures, posters, social media graphics, website banners)
Familiarity with branding guidelines and consistency across design elements
“Plus” Skills:
Motion Graphics: Experience with animation software (After Effects) to create dynamic graphics for videos, social media, or website elements
Video Editing: Basic video editing skills to assemble footage and add graphics for marketing videos or presentations
UI/UX Design: Understanding of user interface design principles to create visually appealing and user-friendly website and app interfaces
Illustration: Ability to create original illustrations or hand-drawn elements for design projects
Web Development Knowledge: Basic HTML/CSS understanding to ensure designs translate effectively onto websites

Responsibilities in a “plus” graphic design role:

Develop comprehensive visual design concepts for marketing campaigns across multiple platforms (print, digital, social media)
Design engaging graphics for websites, landing pages, and email marketing campaigns
Create motion graphics and animations for video content
Collaborate with marketing teams to develop brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all design elements
Produce user interface design elements for websites and applications
Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies
Contribute to the development of creative concepts for video content, including storyboarding and visual direction
Collaborate with developers to ensure seamless integration of design elements into digital platforms
