* Oversee logistics operations across multiple warehouses in Riyadh and Jeddah, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
* Develop and implement a national strategy for warehousing and distribution, with plans for expansion to additional locations.
* Manage a fleet of 98 vehicles to optimize transportation and delivery processes.
* Lead and mentor a team of 37 professionals, fostering a high-performance culture.
* Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement in logistics operations.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to align logistics strategies with overall business objectives.
