The Role;

• Deal directly with your own portfolio of clients OR manage staff and workflow
• Provide clients with all of their compliance requirements
• Create and deliver meaningful management reports   
• Mentor others within the team to grow and reach their professional potential 
• If managing staff – support and oversee WIP of onshore or offshore team

To be a successful Manager you will ideally have; 

• CA/CPA qualifications
• 1 + years demonstrated success as a Business Services Manager 
• The ability to identify opportunities in new and existing clients
• The desire to support business growth 
• A flare for inspiring and supporting upcoming accountants in the firm
