Job Description:
We are looking for a highly creative Graphic Designer & Animator to join our marketing team. You will play a critical role in developing compelling graphics, infographics, illustrations, and animated content to support our digital marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both graphic design and animation, with additional skills in video editing and Canva.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design Daily Graphics: Create engaging and brand-consistent social media posts, banners, and visual content across various platforms.
• Infographics: Design clear, detailed, and visually striking infographics for marketing, educational purposes, and blog posts.
• Animations & Videos: Conceptualize and develop animated videos that explain our services and highlight key initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall brand narrative.
• Illustrations: Create custom illustrations to visually support blog articles, marketing campaigns, and presentations.
• Presentation Design: Design professional and visually appealing presentations to communicate key messages to stakeholders.
• Video Editing: Edit videos to support social media campaigns, promotional content, and other marketing materials.
• Canva: Utilize Canva to create quick and efficient designs for ongoing social media content while maintaining high visual standards.
• Collaborative Creative Strategies: Work closely with the marketing team to brainstorm, ideate, and execute creative strategies aimed at boosting brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Maintain Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs align with the company’s visual identity and brand guidelines.
• Stay Updated: Keep abreast of design trends, tools, and best practices to keep content fresh, modern, and innovative.
• Project Management: Handle multiple design projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality delivery.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, Animator, or a similar role. A strong portfolio showcasing design and animation projects is required.
• Design & Animation Tools: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and other relevant design tools.
• Video Editing Skills: Familiarity with video editing software and experience in editing promotional or educational videos.
• Visual Communication: Strong understanding of visual storytelling, with the ability to convert complex concepts into simple and engaging visuals.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with Canva for designing quick, efficient content for daily needs.
• Collaboration & Communication: Strong teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with various departments in a remote working environment.
• Attention to Detail: A keen eye for aesthetics and detail-oriented design.
• Time Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines independently.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the blockchain or fintech industry is a plus.
• Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
