The Role: We are looking for dedicated change assistance to assist with a project we are undertaking on a permanent, contract, part-time or full time basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the develop of change management strategies and plan implementation
• Lead change initiatives and ensure successful adoption of new IT systems and processes
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and address concerns
• Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization to ensure clarity and buy-in
• Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives
• Provide training and support to employees during transition
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with change initiatives
