Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Executive with a passion for education and training to join our remote team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2-3 years of experience in selling training courses or educational programs and possess a strong sales enthusiasm and a relentless, never-quit attitude.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively sell and promote our training courses to potential clients through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and online meetings.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and existing clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics on a consistent basis.
- Conduct presentations and demonstrations of our training courses to showcase their value and benefits.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies and materials that enhance sales efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively position our courses in the market.
- Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process, ensuring a positive experience for all clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales, specifically in training or educational course sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively.
- A passionate, results-driven attitude with a strong desire to succeed.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools is a plus.
