Job Summary:

We seek a proactive and detail-oriented Junior International IT Recruiter & Marketing Assistant to join our remote team. In this hybrid role, you will assist in recruiting IT talent and contribute to digital marketing initiatives to enhance our employer branding and outreach. You will deal only with Australian/NZ Citizens/PR Holders living in Australia/New Zealand.

Role & responsibilities:

• Assist in sourcing, screening, and shortlisting candidates for various IT positions.
• Manage job postings across platforms like Zoho Recruit, LinkedIn, and Indeed.
• Search the Zoho Recruit database and engage with candidates via direct communication.
• Conduct preliminary phone interviews with potential candidates.
• Keep Zoho Recruit updated with candidate details and recruitment progress.
• Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and manage feedback
• Support recruitment campaigns and employer branding efforts.
• Create and publish content on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc.) to promote job openings and showcase company culture
• Design marketing materials, including recruitment brochures, email templates, and social media graphics
• Assist with content creation such as blog posts or articles focused on IT recruitment trends.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree with a minimum CGPA of 7.5 ( We do NOT hire students)
• Minimum of one year of experience in IT Recruitment and Marketing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to start work at 4 or 5 AM and work 8 hours per day
• Must own a Laptop/PC with a faster internet connection
• Must be able to join within 2 weeks
• Experience in International recruitment for countries like Australia, USA, or UK is a plus
• Experience in LinkedIn Recruit is an added advantage

Salary, Perks and Benefits:

• INR 20,000 per month
• Additional referral and placement incentives.

Working Hours:

• Work From Home from Mon – Sat starting at 4AM or 5AM(8 Hours work and can take up to 2 hours break)

Selection Process:

1. Task # 1: Communication Skills Assessment
2. Task # 2: Marketing Skills Assessment(After successful completion of the above Task)
3. Interview Round 1
4. Final Interview
