Management and Administration of Soriana & HEB, through statistical analysis of internal information (Billing) & external (Market & retailer data), in order to create strategic business plan, it should leave ourselves properly and to check periodically during the fiscal year , so it, taking care of the investment budget assigned to the customer, seeking to reach sales targets, portfolio & expected profitability, similarly monitor the implementation of AMPS (Assortment, Merchandising, Pricing and Shelving) at the point of sales and communicating the plans to the strength of existing promontory.

- First responsible for negotiating with Soriana & HEB.
- Joint Busines Plan Soriana & HEB -Clorox.
- Review insights (Market, Consumer, Customer, Clorox).
- Look for opportunities and discuss them with his Sales Manager, Trade Marketing & CPFR to capitalize them to deliver targets.
- Align targets to achieve plans & strategies of the company, with his Sales Manager & Trade Marketing.
- Execute and deliver results aligned with the financial targets (Bgt, Nov Fcst, March Fcst, May Facts).
- Create plans to close the sales gaps and improve the customer relationship.
- Responsible of leading the whole sales process: from receiving the PO order, collaborating with OMS team to deliver the order, with the C&C team to collect the payments, and with the Field Sales team the correct execution.
- Responsible to open and close on time Flex Fund documents according to the Trade Spending Policy.
- Responsible to maintain the payments on time according to the Trade Spending Policy, the Customer Commercial Conditions, in collaboration with the C&C team.
- Work actively in the S&OP process to achieve a correct sales forecast accuracy SFA.
- Responsible of the Profitability of the Customer for Clorox, know as Profit to Serve (PTS).
- Align strategies with the customer to have the correct execution on the POS. (Market guidelines, TAB, etc.)
- Communicate on time POS strategies to the Field Sales Team, to achieve a correct implementation of the plans.
- Weekly Market Visits
- At least 3 – 4 years of management and knowledge of these accounts
- Knowledge of client systems
- Knowledge of S&OP or AVP
- Nielsen management
- Advanced Excel

- Very good communication skills
- Degree in administration, accounting or engineering, management or equivalent experience
