We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Business Development Manager to spearhead the expansion of our POS device distribution network and drive sales growth. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new retailers, establishing strategic partnerships, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Distribution:
  • Achieve monthly sales targets for POS devices.
  • Acquire new retailers and distributors across the assigned territory.
  • Expand market share by increasing POS device deployments.
  • Identify and penetrate new market segments.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key retailers and industry players.
  • Negotiate favorable terms and conditions for partnerships and distribution agreements.
  • Develop and execute market entry strategies for new territories and segments.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and distributors.
  • Proactively address customer needs and resolve issues to ensure high satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular follow-up visits to foster long-term relationships.
  • Product Promotion:
  • Promote the full range of POS device features and benefits.
  • Encourage the adoption of value-added services (software, payment processing, etc.).
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations.
  • Market Analysis:
  • Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
  • Contribute to the refinement of sales strategies and approaches.

  • Sales revenue (monthly, quarterly)
  • Year-over-year sales growth
  • Achievement of sales quotas
  • Number of new retailers/distributors acquired
  • Growth in the total retailer/distributor base
