About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic event marketer capable of managing multiple events end-to-end with exceptional communication skills. You’ll coordinate logistics, negotiate contracts, and oversee event marketing deliverables, ensuring seamless execution and enhanced brand presence at all events.
The work hours for this role would be from 3:00 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. IST
Key responsibilities:
Project manages all the events PriceLabs is attending.
Negotiate and execute contracts for large and small-scale events.
Create, publish, and distribute event marketing collaterals such as newsletters, landing pages, and more.
Manage swags/goodies/banners etc.
Coordinate with event organizers, vendors, and internal teams to make sure all deliverables are executed on time.
Work on figuring out how we can increase our presence at the shows.
Analyze the event’s success and prepare reports.
Actively find ways to enhance event marketing efficiency and success
About You:
Bachelor’s in marketing or related discipline.
2+ years of relevant event marketing in a B2B SaaS company.
Proven experience carrying out event marketing efforts.
Proven experience of working with project management tools (Jira, ClickUp).
Highly organized with an ability to manage resources, budgets, and onsite personnel.
Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
You are creative, innovative, and always think outside the box.
Highly organized and proficient at managing multiple projects at a time.
You are metric-driven and can draw insight from complex marketing data.
Confident with a dynamic personality.
Good to have:
Experience in managing events in the United States.
