Keep Nature Wild is an environmentally focused brand. Our brand promise is to keep the wild places – WILD! We are an inclusive company that believes the outdoors is for everyone and through our volunteer network over of 6k people (our Wild Keepers) we have picked up over 1.2 million pounds of trash from parks, streams, and public spaces. We are seeking someone to Join Our Team. Their focus will be on managing the entire product line, creating the line plan, and helping to grow the brand.

Job Requirements/Skills Needed

• Product Planning – You would be responsible for determining how what the product line should look like each season. How many new designs, how many new body styles, when to launch winter gear vs. summer gear.
• Concept/Ideation – You would be responsible for coming up with the ideas and concepts that would be developed into artwork.
• Design – You would be responsible for designing and creating art for the product line and working with other designers who work on the brand.
• Production Specifications – You would create Tech Packs for production.
• Catalog – you would be responsible for developing the catalog for the brand.

Things you do and need for the job –

• Trend Analysis
• Outdoor Experience – you must understand the outdoor market, the leave no trace movement and why we want to protect public spaces.
• Apparel Experience – We are really looking for someone with a deep understanding of apparel development.

Requirements

• Proven experience in product management, with a strong understanding of the Outdoor Market.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and making data-driven decisions.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, timelines simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign
