Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Machine Learning Engineer with 5-10 years of experience to join our dynamic AI/ML team. The ideal candidate will lead the development, implementation, and scaling of machine learning models and AI-driven solutions for our cutting-edge products and services. You will collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and product teams to deliver high-impact AI solutions. This role requires a deep understanding of machine learning frameworks, a solid foundation in data analysis, and the ability to work with large datasets in a fast-paced, AI-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, optimize, and deploy machine learning models for a variety of business problems (e.g., prediction, classification, recommendation systems, etc.)
Design and implement scalable machine learning pipelines to process and analyze large datasets.
Research and experiment with state-of-the-art machine learning algorithms and techniques to improve model performance and accuracy.
Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality, consistency, and availability for machine learning workflows.
Collaborate with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production environments.
Mentor and guide junior machine learning engineers and data scientists, providing technical expertise and leadership.
Perform feature engineering and data preprocessing to improve model outcomes.
Monitor model performance and retrain models periodically to ensure their accuracy and relevance.
Conduct thorough A/B testing and validation of models to evaluate their impact and effectiveness.
Stay updated on the latest advancements in AI/ML research and identify new opportunities for innovation.
Troubleshoot issues in machine learning pipelines and optimize systems for scalability and efficiency.

Requirements

Candidate Required Skills:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science/IT Engineering.
Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Java
Expertise in machine learning frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, Keras
Experience with deep learning models such as CNNs, RNNs, LSTMs, and transformer models
Hands-on experience in Generative AI, LLMs, and reinforcement learning
Solid understanding of statistical models, probability theory, and linear algebra
Experience with large-scale data processing tools (e.g., Apache Spark, Hadoop) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
Proficient in using data visualization tools and techniques to interpret model results
Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques, feature engineering, and dimensionality reduction
Strong knowledge of MLOps principles and CI/CD pipelines for machine learning
Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and other containerization tools for deploying models in production
Proficiency in working with REST APIs to integrate AI models into web-based applications
Knowledge of model monitoring and retraining practices in production
