Operations Manager (Remote)

Job description / Role

Kinetic is working with a leading Pharmaceutical company who are hiring an Operations Manager to be based in Dubai .

The main responsibilities will include but not limited to:
– Oversee day-to-day commercial activities of pharmaceutical operations within the assigned region.
– Ensure product availability in key accounts to drive sales and marketing.
– Responsible for distribution and warehouse management.
– Build and maintain good working relationships with local authorities, suppliers, and partners.
– Ensure compliance with local regulations and environmental standards.
– Stay updated on the industry trends and innovations.

– Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmaceutical Science is a must. A Master’s Degree is a plus.
– Minimum of 15 – 20 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical Industry.
– Proven work experience as an operation manager in the UAE.
– Strong sales expertise in pharmaceutical products.
– Proven experience in P&L.
– Applicants should be available for face-to-face interviews in the location mentioned above.
