Art Designer (Remote)

Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented Textile Art Production Specialist to transform textile art designs into high-quality, print-ready files. The role involves managing technical details, maintaining production standards, and working closely with design and production teams to meet deadlines. You’ll ensure that artwork aligns with the highest industry standards, while handling multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Location: LATAM.

Schedule: 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM PST.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic/Art Design, Fashion, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 2-3 years of experience in apparel art production, preferably in a fashion retail company or agency
• Certified training or formal education in Graphic Arts or Fashion Design
• Previous experience working with B2B startups and American clients
• Professional proficiency in English

Technical Knowledge & Hard Skills

• Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (MAC platform)
• Strong knowledge of printing techniques and pre-production processes
• High standards for color accuracy and print quality
• Experience in textile/surface design and creating repeat patterns

Responsibilities

• Prepare artwork files to be print-ready by resizing textile art, selecting Pantone colors, and color-separating art files
• Set up and maintain art pages/spec sheets with accurate sizing and color information
• Manage all updates and revisions to ensure artwork meets production standards
• Review vendor submissions for color accuracy, scale, and print quality, and provide clear feedback
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Design, Product Development, and Merchants
• Ensure all projects are delivered on time and meet quality expectations
• Perform other related duties as needed
