About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Senior Marketing Manager with strong expertise in marketing and a deep understanding of the FinTech industry, particularly crypto, blockchain, and decentralized finance (DeFi). The ideal candidate will possess an MBA in Marketing and bring innovative strategies to the table that drive awareness, engagement, and growth for our FinTech products and services. This is a key leadership role that will have a significant impact on our brand positioning and market penetration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop Marketing Strategies: Design and execute marketing campaigns tailored to FinTech products, with a focus on cryptocurrency, blockchain, and related services.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to stay ahead of trends in the FinTech and crypto sectors, ensuring our marketing efforts are aligned with industry shifts.
• Content Development: Create compelling content, including white papers, blog posts, case studies, and social media posts, that resonate with our audience in the FinTech space.
• Brand Building: Develop strategies to enhance brand visibility in the FinTech ecosystem and grow our presence in key markets.
• Digital Marketing Leadership: Lead digital marketing efforts, including SEO/SEM, social media campaigns, email marketing, and paid advertising to drive user acquisition and engagement.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, designers, and sales to ensure alignment between product offerings and marketing efforts.
• Measure & Optimize: Track key marketing metrics (e.g., ROI, CAC, conversion rates), report performance, and optimize campaigns for better outcomes.

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, ideally with a focus on FinTech, crypto, or blockchain industries.
• In-depth understanding of cryptocurrency, blockchain, and DeFi ecosystems.
• Proven track record of creating successful marketing campaigns for complex, innovative products.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, etc.).
• Excellent communication and content creation skills.
