About the Role:

We’re seeking Python Tech Leads to join our Development team, where you’ll engage in various projects alongside multicultural teams spread worldwide.

We’re on the lookout for proactive individuals, team players passionate about programming in this language, dedicated to providing the best user experience.

Main Activities:

Working closely alongside Engineering and Business Stakeholders to support project delivery.

Managing time effectively to focus on coding and supporting junior members.

Integrating with the DevOps team to maintain tasks.

Making architectural decisions with the future of a growing business in mind.

Requirements:

7+ years of practical experience in Python and Django development.

Experience in object-oriented programming is desirable.

3 years of development using other programming languages.

Good skills with XML and relational databases (Oracle / MS SQL / MySQL).

Experience with OOD.

Strong professional experience working with large data structures (including XML) and algorithms.

A University Degree in systems is a plus.

Advanced English level.
