HOW WILL YOUR EVERYDAY BE? 💥

Participate in large global programs which help Automotive and Mobility clients (mainly in North America) design and implement new business processes, organization capabilities and digitally enabled solutions to provide them with the necessary strategies and tools to position their organizations for high performance.

Work as a part of a multi-disciplinary global team on defining solutions for complex projects (e.g. e-commerce, Digital Transformation, Dealer Management, Parts & Service Operations, CRM) for large OEMs, OESs and Dealer Channels.

📍 IF YOUR PROFILE MATCHES THESE REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate should have 5-10 years of experience of working directly or with consulting / services provider firms in the Automotive or Heavy Equipment Industry (e.g. Project Manager, Business Analyst, Value Architect).

Assess Value Potential for Platforms transformation program and architect the value proposal. Articulate Value Proposition to C Suite Strong understanding about Automotive Software Development Lifecyle.

Key focus on solutioning Software Defined Vehicle / Connected Car related use cases for clients and thought leadership.

To harness extensive industry knowledge, people, and assets to deliver sustainable long-term solutions.Techno-functional Consulting background on

Digital Transformation and Product Strategy in Automotive context

DESIRABLE:

Good to have experience in working with IVI, HUD, E/E architecture etc.

Understanding of automotive software development standards such as Autosar or Aspice etc.

Understanding of next generation technologies like AI/ML etc.

📍 KEY COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS:

Advanced English (mandatory). CV in English (mandatory)

Advanced in Microsofts Tools (Powerpoint, Excel, etc.)

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Strong data-driven capabilities

Availability to travel

Excellent communication (written and oral) skills and excellent presentation skills

Comfortable working at the highest levels of client organizations and interacting closely with the “C” level executives in a range of environments

Understand customer needs and translate them to business requirements (business requirement definition)

Ability to independently liaise with customers and convincingly present solutions

Excellent teamwork and ability to work in distributed delivery environment
