What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Develop tools to support implementation and reduce overall implementation timelines
• Document and maintain technical configuration documentation of the application
• Collaborate with application consultants and business analysts to create technical documentation for client implementations
• Troubleshoot configuration issues and work with the team to resolve them efficiently
• Conduct testing and validation of configured software to ensure it meets client requirements and quality standards

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Excellent customer service and oral/written communication skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to assess and address complex configuration challenges
• Extensive knowledge of SQL and PowerShell
• Proven track record of effectively managing multiple priorities or tasks simultaneously
• Ability to travel internationally, with a valid passport and driver’s license

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Experience with local government utility billing applications or other financial applications
• Familiarity with agile and/or waterfall project management methodologies
• Proven experience in creating detailed technical documentation and reports
• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations that may impact software configuration
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline
