Job Requirements:

  • 5 + years experience in recruitment and business development, ideally healthcare & Education recruiting in the Australian market or related roles, preferably in corporate or agency settings.
  • Experience in Perm Recruitment is critical
  • Strong understanding and experience in full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools such as ATS, job boards, and sourcing platforms.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for candidate and stakeholder engagement. Strong organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and attention to detail in recruitment tasks.
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills.
  • A high level of intrinsic drive and resilience to succeed in a competitive industry

Core responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to generate new business opportunities.
  • Build your own clientele through cold calling and digital marketing and developing relationships over the phone and face to face
  • End to End recruitment including conducting comprehensive candidate sourcing, screening, and selection processes to identify top talent for our clients.
  • Building out our CRM (JobAdder) with accurate information, new candidates and new clients.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends and remaining knowledgeable on the market
  • Maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Provide positive candidate experiences, offering timely communication and feedback.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, manage the recruitment process, and optimize talent acquisition strategies.
