We are currently seeking a talented Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to join our team and work for one of our clients on a global scale project. The client is a leading supplier to the global Life Science industry with solutions and services for research, biotechnology development, and production, as well as pharmaceutical drug therapy development and production. This project involves leveraging Salesforce Marketing Cloud to transform how the client engages with its customers through personalized, automated marketing journeys.

Your tasks

• Designing and implementing automated, omnichannel marketing journeys while advising stakeholders on optimization opportunities
• Overseeing Salesforce Marketing Cloud administration, release management, and change management processes
• Gathering business, marketing, and technical requirements to develop comprehensive and scalable Salesforce Marketing Cloud solution
• Ensuring alignment of business requirements with standards and policies, and with industry best practices
• Managing configuration in Marketing Cloud, including Marketing Cloud Connect with CRM systems, and executing new integrations with external applications to enhance data flow and system performance
• Proactively monitoring and troubleshooting Salesforce Marketing Cloud issues, collaborating with IT to resolve issues, and ensuring a smooth workflow

Requirements

• At least 4 years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, including a strong understanding of configuration management and integration techniques
• ⁠Hands-on experience with SSJS, AMPscript, Content Builder, SQL, Email Studio, Mobile Studio, Automation Studio, landing pages, and Journey Builder
• Knowledge of best practices in relational data models, SOAP APIs, REST APIs, and integration techniques are followed
• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant Certificate
• Demonstrated thought leadership in marketing technology and strategy
• Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
