Key Responsibilities
As a Project Coordinator, you will primarily oversee the project management platforms for the RYSE Innovation Hub. Your responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the development of presentations, scheduling, note-taking, and conducting follow-up communications for meetings
- Coordinating invoicing and managing internal resource repositories
- Supervising the work of hourly staff and/or consultants
Required Skills
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and leadership abilities
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and related applications
- Skills in group facilitation and presentation
- The ability to work independently and collaboratively with limited supervision
- Experience in monitoring project budgets
- Capability to manage multiple tasks from conception to completion and balance project tasks with routine duties
- Flexibility to meet tight deadlines and work additional hours during peak periods
- A valid driver’s license and proof of insurance for business-related travel
Qualifications
Candidates must have:
- A BA/BS degree or equivalent in a related field, or equivalent experience
- A minimum of three to five years of relevant experience
- At least one year of experience as a Project Coordinator
- Proven experience overseeing the work of hourly staff and/or consultants

Compensation And Benefits
We offer a competitive salary, excellent 401(K) and health benefits, generous paid time off (PTO), and holiday pay.
Starting Pay Range: (61,500 to )75,100 annually, with a typical hiring range of (61,500 to )68,300 at 100% FTE. Starting salary is based on the candidate’s knowledge, skills, and experience.
