Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated SEO Lead to drive our SEO strategy and enhance our online visibility in the B2B SaaS space. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong experience in B2B SaaS who can plan, execute, and optimize SEO initiatives to drive organic growth. You will lead our SEO efforts, working closely with marketing, content, and product teams to elevate our brand and generate high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SEO Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive SEO strategy to drive organic traffic, increase brand visibility, and improve lead generation in the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Keyword Research & Optimization:
  • Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify high-impact keywords and optimize existing content. Develop new content ideas based on keyword trends, search intent, and competitor analysis.
  • On-Page & Off-Page Optimization:
  • Ensure all website pages are optimized for search engines, including meta tags, headers, and URL structure. Develop and manage link-building strategies, both internal and external, to improve domain authority and rankings.
  • Content Collaboration:
  • Collaborate with the content team to create and optimize engaging content that aligns with SEO best practices, focusing on increasing search engine rankings and generating qualified leads.
  • Technical SEO:
  • Work closely with the development team to implement technical SEO enhancements, such as site speed optimization, mobile responsiveness, structured data, and crawlability.
  • Analytics & Reporting:
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, or SEMrush. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Competitor Analysis:
  • Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and identify opportunities for improvement. Stay updated on industry trends and algorithm changes to ensure AnyBiz remains competitive in search rankings.
  • SEO Tools & Automation:
  • Use advanced SEO tools and platforms to automate processes, monitor rankings, and identify areas for optimization. Tools include, but are not limited to, HubSpot, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, and Looker.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to align SEO efforts with broader marketing and company goals. Provide SEO insights for product improvements and new feature launches.

Qualifications:

  • Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in SEO, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS and a proven track record of driving organic growth.
  • Skills:
  • Extensive knowledge of keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and content marketing. Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, and Looker.
  • WordPress Expertise:
  • Experience working with WordPress is a significant advantage, especially for managing and optimizing site structure and content.
  • Analytical Mindset:
  • Deep understanding of SEO metrics and analytics, with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights.
  • Tech-Savvy:
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, Integromat, Make.com, and Looker for data visualization.
  • Management & Leadership:
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to lead cross-functional projects and mentor team members.
  • Excellent Communication:
  • Ability to communicate complex SEO concepts clearly and effectively to different stakeholders, both technical and non-technical.
  • Creativity:
  • Innovative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and develop engaging strategies that improve AnyBiz’s online presence.
  • Additional Experience:
  • Experience with email marketing, social media, and content development is a plus.
