About your new employer:

• Our client is a large diversified manufacturing, wholesale and distribution company.
• They currently have over 3000 employees all across Australia and New Zealand.

 
About the role:

• Review, negotiate and amend contracts, as well as drafting standard practice procedures and organisational policies.
• Assisting the Property team with matters relating to leases and advising on day-to-day legal issues that may arise, such as debt recovery matters, supplier agreements and tender submissions.
• Liaising with internal stakeholders and external lawyers.

 
The ideal candidate:

• Mid-Senior Lawyer with at least 2-4 years PQE.
• An Australian Law Degree or Juris Doctor.
• Strong client relationship and service skills.
• Excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail & quality assurance.
• Exceptional time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities.
• Can work both independently and within a team and is not afraid to ask question and seek help.
