Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled Content Producer to support our marketing efforts by creating compelling and engaging content across our social media platforms. Reporting directly to the Head of Marketing, you will play a pivotal role in planning, briefing, producing, and posting content that resonates with our audience and strengthens our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Planning & Strategy: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content strategies that align with our brand goals and target audience.
- Content Production: Shoot, edit, and produce high-quality multimedia content (videos, graphics, etc.) tailored for various social media channels.
- Social Media Management: Schedule and post content across platforms, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging.
- Freelancer Collaboration: Work with freelancers and external vendors to produce additional content, managing timelines and deliverables.
- Performance Monitoring: Analyse content performance metrics to continuously improve engagement and reach.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in content production, specifically in social media.
- Proficient in shooting and editing video and photography.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
- A creative mindset with a keen eye for detail.
