Technical Delivery Manager Cloud Infrastructure (Remote)

You will be responsible for the operational execution and on-time delivery of technical projects within our Cloud Infrastructure engineering unit. This is a hands-on, individual contributor role where you will collaborate closely with our cloud infrastructure teams to drive the success of multiple projects.

These are your tasks:

• You manage the operational execution and on-time delivery of multiple technical projects simultaneously.
• You work closely with our Cloud Infrastructure engineering teams to understand and translate technical requirements into an actionable project plan.
• You discuss complex issues with our engineers and jointly develop a solution using your sound technical know-how.
• You maintain proactive project monitoring, including regular reporting to stakeholders.
• You identify and manage risks and dependencies to meet project objectives.
• You act as an interface between different stakeholders and teams inside Shopware and with external partners and customers.
• You foster an environment of continuous improvement.

What you bring to the table:

• You have several years of experience as a Technical Delivery Manager or a comparable position in a software company, specifically within Cloud Infrastructure.
• You have hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and operating cloud infrastructure, e.g., as a solutions architect, cloud engineer, or in a comparable capacity.
• You have a technical background in ecommerce platforms, cloud technologies, and modern software development.
• You have a proven track record of getting things done. You are solution-oriented and have exceptional problem-solving skills.
• You have excellent project management skills, including expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
• You have excellent communication skills, empathy, and the ability to convey complicated technical details clearly and concisely.
• You have excellent English skills and are willing to speak English daily.
