Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the organization’s representative, embodying our core values and culture in all interactions.
- Act as the VP’s liaison to team members, clients, and partners, anticipating their needs and managing correspondence.
- Participate in growth-related projects, ensuring seamless integration and execution.
- Organize and facilitate internal team meetings and events, including detailed scheduling and agenda coordination.
- Oversee a complex calendar, prioritizing appointments to enhance the VP’s efficiency while balancing personal and professional commitments.
- Coordinate all aspects of executive travel, including transportation, accommodation, and meal arrangements, utilizing preferred travel reward programs.
- Manage the VP’s email inbox, draft communications, and make informed decisions on their behalf while maintaining confidentiality.
- Ensure accuracy in dashboards and reports, file expense reports, and manage client gifting and note cards.
- Complete any ad-hoc projects or personal tasks as assigned by the VP.

Qualifications

- A BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in supporting senior leaders, preferably at the C-suite level.

Compensation And Benefits
