Job Details

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Lead Project Manager to manage projects as well as project teams, in addition to supporting major customer accounts. This is a full-time permanent position, and the successful candidate will be expected to have a solid experience with large-scale Renewable Energy, Engineering, Construction, and/or Oil & Gas projects.

Responsibilities

• Planning and implementation of utility-scale solar projects.
• Working directly with major clients to understand their energy needs and objectives.
• Monitoring and assessing the performance of installed PV Solar and Wind Energy systems.
• Provide guidance and support to the Project Management team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in project management,
• Direct people management experience is a MUST
• Experience managing large-scale projects within Renewable Energy, Engineering, Construction, and/or Oil & Gas.
• Track record of managing complex projects from inception to completion
• Proven experience with PV solar systems, Wind Energy, or Meteorological equipment is a plus
• Strong understanding of renewable energy or the solar industry is a plus
