We’re a remote-first company with a collaboration hub located in the heart of downtown Kitchener. We’re looking to add new members to our all-star team as we continue to grow and scale!

We are looking for a talented and results-driven Marketing Programs Manager to lead and execute growth-oriented marketing campaigns as part of our Growth Marketing team. This role requires a strategic mindset, strong analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive demand and generate qualified pipeline.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Strategy and Execution:
    Create end-to-end strategies that include campaign plans, objectives, target audience segmentation, messaging, and channel selection. Drive campaign execution through digital marketing, events, webinars, and content marketing to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Lead Generation and Conversion: Drive demand through innovative and effective lead generation strategies. Track and analyze KPIs to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly to ensure high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
  • Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Establish and monitor KPIs for pipeline creation. Utilize data-driven insights to adjust targeting and messaging, and improve campaign performance and ROI. Continually evaluate the performance and cost of acquisition, adjusting demand generation tactics and strategies as necessary to optimize results.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the sales team to align strategy, messaging, and targeting, ensuring a deep understanding of their pipeline needs and priorities.
  • Business Growth Alignment: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth, ensuring that marketing initiatives support the company’s broader strategic objectives.


What You’ll Bring:

  • Professional Experience: At least 3 years of experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
  • Strategic Mindset: Strong understanding of demand generation, lead nurturing, and conversion strategies. Ability to track metrics, analyze data, and adjust strategies to optimize campaign effectiveness. (Experience using Hubspot, Pardot, Salesforce are a plus)
  • Project Management and Organizational Skills: Excellent project management skills to ensure seamless execution of campaign plans.
  • Effective Communication and Collaboration: Ability to build collaborative relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive campaign success.
