As an Operations Manager, you’ll oversee day-to-day operations across multiple properties, manage virtual assistants (VAs), and ensure our properties meet the highest standards for guests—all with the freedom to work independently. Key Responsibilities:

  • Daily Operations: Coordinate guest communications, check-ins, and property maintenance to keep everything running smoothly.
  • Autonomous Problem Solving: Take initiative to identify and resolve issues independently, maintaining quality service without needing constant oversight.
  • Team Collaboration: Lead virtual assistants by delegating tasks, providing feedback, and tracking performance to ensure efficient operations.
  • Property Management: Oversee property inspections, cleaning schedules, and maintenance needs, ensuring each property is guest-ready at all times.
  • Guest Experience: Handle guest inquiries and issues with professionalism, prioritizing positive experiences and prompt solutions.
  • Admin & Reporting: Keep accurate records, manage bookings and vendor relationships, and provide clear, high-level reports to owners.
