FP&A team. The position requires a highly motivated, detail-oriented self-starter to support
financial planning, forecasting, and analysis activities. This is a great opportunity to learn

dedicated team. Key deliverables include providing accurate and timely monthly financial
reporting, supporting the annual budgeting cycle, long range financial and strategic planning,
and the development and prioritization of strategic initiatives.
Primary Responsibilities
In this role, you will have the opportunity to participate in the following activities:
• Month end reporting activities, including the creation of financial statements.
• Analyze monthly financials, understanding drivers of budget variances.
• Identify key business trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Aggregate, report on, and monitor key trends in headcount, capital expenditure and
operating expenses.
• Develop reporting packages and presentations to executives and other key
stakeholders.
• Prepare monthly / quarterly budget vs. actual variance analysis for department
leaders and executive staff.
• Work closely with the accounting team to ensure accuracy of entries.
• Track KPIs and communicate important take aways in a timely manner.
• Assist in preparation of annual budgets and quarterly forecasts.
• Partner with business units to analyze and identify key drivers of risks and
opportunities.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with business partners and cross-
functional teams at all levels of the organization.

  • Ensure high quality deliverables by thoroughly validating work and independently
    problem-solving root cause issues.
    • Identify and implement changes to continually improve efficiency, effectiveness, and
    accuracy of planning & analysis activities.
    • Conduct ad hoc analyses at the request of executives as needed.
    Position Requirements:
    • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and the manipulation of large datasets
    therein.
    • Willingness to learn, grow and develop new skills.
    • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Math or related field AND 3+ years
    relevant experience in financial analysis.
    • Ability to work independently and with others in a team environment, occasionally under
    time pressure and on several tasks at the same time.
    • Ability to effectively communicate orally and in writing with co-workers, management
    team, other Departments, vendors, and outside agencies, including being sensitive to
    professional ethics.
    • Excellent problem solving, project management, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including the ability to exercise
    sound independent judgment.
    • Exceptional attention to detail.
    • Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite outside of excel Powerpoint,
    Outlook, Teams, and OneNote.
