We’re looking for a Business Development Manager with a proven track record in driving growth, identifying new business opportunities, and building strategic relationships. The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B SaaS iGaming or similar industries and will work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute strategies for market expansion and revenue growth. You’ll be responsible for identifying prospects, nurturing client relationships, and driving new business to ensure long-term success.
Key Responsibilities:
- New Business Acquisition: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the company’s growth strategy.
- Market Research: Conduct research on industry trends, potential markets, and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, understanding their needs and presenting tailored solutions.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create and implement strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead negotiations, manage contracts, and close deals to secure new business partnerships.
- Partnership Development: Identify and foster strategic partnerships to expand the company’s reach and influence in the market.
- Reporting & Performance Tracking: Monitor KPIs, report on business development performance, and adjust strategies to meet targets.
Skills & Expertise:
- Networking: Strong ability to network and build professional relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Sales Experience: Proven ability to sell B2B solutions and close deals in a competitive market.
- Market Insight: Deep understanding of the SaaS iGaming tech, or relevant industries and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.
- Presentation Skills: Excellent presentation and communication skills to effectively pitch solutions to prospects.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and develop long-term plans to grow the business.
- Negotiation: Strong negotiation skills to close deals and foster mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 5+ years in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with SaaS platforms, affiliate systems, or related industries.
- Sales and Negotiation: Proven experience in negotiating and closing high-value deals.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex solutions clearly.
- Market Research: Ability to conduct thorough market research and analysis to drive informed business decisions.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in the iGaming or similar B2B SaaS industries.
- Established relationships or network within relevant industries.
- Background in developing sales strategies for tech or software products.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and business development tools.
