We are looking for an individual to join our team as a Project Coordinator at our Penticton, BC location. Job Responsibilities:
· Document production and review.
· Monitor project progress and costs and reserves.
· Facilitate project coordination and completion.
· Communicate with Project Managers, Clients and Vendors.
· Preparing the file for invoicing once the job is complete. This includes ensuring all necessary costs are entered along with supporting documents.
· Additional data entry or clerical work as required.
Requirements:
· Administrative experience.
· Bookkeeping experience is an asset.
· Computer proficiency, including familiarity with Microsoft Office & Excel.
· Excellent customer service skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to manage multiple projects in a timely and efficient manner.
· Superior communication and organization skills.
· Ability to function as part of a team as well as independently.
· Experience in the construction industry is considered an asset.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00-$28.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
