Contracts Commercial Manager (Remote)

Job description / Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Contracts / Commercial Manager to work for a leading main contractor on large build project in Riyadh, KSA.

– The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing all contracts related to our construction projects
– Ensuring compliance with regulations and maximising the company’s financial and operational performance.
– Provisional sum experience is essential

– Negotiating and managing contracts with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
– Reviewing and analyzing contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with legal and company requirements
– Evaluating and mitigating potential risks associated with contracts
– Collaborating with project managers and other team members to ensure contract deliverables are met on time and within budget
– Resolving contract disputes and issues in a timely and efficient manner
– Maintaining accurate and up-to-date contract records and documentation
– Monitoring and reporting on contract performance and financial metrics
– Staying updated on industry regulations and best practices related to contracts and procure
