We are looking for an experienced SEO Manager to join our team of digital marketing experts. This client-managing role will collaborate with SEO Supervisors to develop and implement SEO strategies across multiple industries.
The Role:
You’ll be responsible for constructing the overarching strategy and executing tactical recommendations with support from the larger SEO team. You understand the core concepts behind organic search, know how to unearth keyword opportunities, and are comfortable working with multiple reporting dashboards. From research, to content updates, to pulling performance numbers for reporting, you are not afraid to get your hands dirty to grow your skill set.
This role will have an opportunity to take the driver’s seat in controlling the success of multiple clients’ SEO programs with PACIFIC. The ideal candidate strives to become a trusted advisor to their clients by providing solutions for their most pressing challenges in digital marketing.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the development, implementation and reporting of SEO best practices across diversified markets and industries
- Efficiently carry out keyword research & analysis to increase clients’ organic market share
- Identify new competitors across target markets to develop insights & recommendations
- Continuously monitor and analyze website traffic, rankings and other KPIs to identify areas for improvement across a portfolio of brands
- Manage on-page changes through various CMS platforms
- Create & automate monthly reporting dashboards to communicate pacing towards targets
- Work directly with SEO Specialists and Supervisors to coordinate strategy execution
- Work directly with marketing executives at high growth enterprise companies, providing recommendations and collaborating across different teams
- Report to the Director of SEO and have regular meetings to discuss team objectives, client health, upsell opportunities, and more
Your Background:
- Must Have: SEO Experience: At least 5 years, preferably on Medium to Large businesses **(Agency experience for big agencies a plus – IE working on up to 5 accounts, bigger clients)**
- Must Have: CMS Experience: Look for things like AEM, Contentful, Wix Studio, Crownpeak, Webflow
- Data experience: GA4, SQL, Adobe Analytics software a plus, Python a plus
- Tools: You’re experienced working with a number of data and product tools (Google Analytics, Tableau, SEMRush, Ahrefs, Asana, Jira, STAT or SEOClarity etc.)
- Communication: You possess excellent communication skills and the ability to present priorities, opportunities, challenges and business cases at both a high level and in detail to partner teams.
Annual Salary Starting at: $74,000 (based on experience)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 – $78,000.00 per year
