Brand Executive Application Specialist Mumbai (Remote)

Sakurafresh Beverage and Food India (Sakurafresh), a group company of Sakura Fresh Japan K.K. is hiring a Brand Executive & Application Specialist in Mumbai. We are looking for candidates who has minimum of three years Bartending experience in large five star hotel or major Bars in India. The candidate needs to have business level fluency in English for coordination with customers. This role is based in Mumbai and requires travel to Ahmedabad, Pune and Panaji to meet Bartenders and Beverage Managers at Hotels, Pubs, Bars and Clubs for trials, training and business development of our beverage products.

Role and Responsibilities

You are a bright Bartender / Mixologist who is always on the lookout for new beverage trends. When you are behind the bar, you create an energy that is both welcoming and exciting. You take pride in offering our trade customers a diverse and seasonally-inspired beverage menu based on award winning beverage products.

• Using Sakurafresh Zero Alcohol Beverage products, conduct trials at five star hotels, Bars, Clubs and Lounges for Alcohol and Non-Alcohol cocktails
• Planning Beverage menus and informing our customers about new beverages trends and specials from Sakurafresh
• Conduct regular training sessions to bar staff on our beverage pouring practice, cocktail mixing and other best practices
• Act as a business development executive to maximize the growth of our beverage business in Western India by being in constant contact for orders and growth of business with regular follow-ups
• Focus on sales growth in Western India

Requirements:

• Passion for sales and business development by leveraging bartending experience
• Minimum of three years’ experience as a Bartender in five star hotel or major bar in India
• Need a collaborative attitude who can work independent with limited management and direction by supervisor
• Proactive, Team Player, requires good co-ordination and networking capabilities
• Pleasing personality and open to travel to meet customers
• Good inter-personal and communication skills, extrovert personality who love meeting people
