**Department:** Marketing **Location:** Remote, Continental U.S., VA Team Velocity is seeking a **Senior Digital Designer** to support the Corporate Marketing Team. As the Senior Digital Designer, you will work across all areas of marketing with a heavy emphasis on end-to-end email campaign and program management (including conception, creative, production and deployment).
You will primarily be responsible for creating email Templates on a quarterly basis in Photoshop, Stripo, Hubspot, and Salesforce. Other tasks will involve designing, organizing, and coordinating digital assets for email campaigns, as well as website banners, landing pages, and video. At times, you may also assist with printed collateral. Working closely with a dynamic team of designers and marketers, you will develop eye-catching visual content to support department goals. You will support a fast-paced team focused on driving customer acquisition and engagement through the development and execution of email marketing campaigns to drive both brand and product marketing initiatives. Reporting directly to the Art Director, you will ensure that all initiatives are executed on time, and in accordance with business goals and established metrics.
Our ideal candidate is both creative and strategic with a knack for storytelling through visual mediums. We are looking for a self-starter with confidence in building custom email templates in Stripo (with knowledge of HTML when needed), as well as Salesforce Marketing Cloud / Pardot experience is preferred. You are highly detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A team-player and roll-up-your-sleeves attitude are a must!
*This is a full-time, salaried, remote position. Employee must be located within the Continental U.S., Eastern or Central time zone preferred, but all are welcome to apply.*
**Responsibilities:**
* Design on-brand creative solutions for a variety of uses: email, websites, product graphics, video graphics, social media graphics, printed collateral and more
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver designs that are creative, useful, and align with technical and brand standards
* Take ideas from concept to execution, working with marketers, the design team, and content experts to deliver compelling, storytelling emails with user interaction in mind
* Translate email designs into working Stripo templates emails that will deploy through Salesforce/Pardot
* Troubleshoot HTML emails in Salesforce/Pardot for best overall user experience if necessary in collaboration with the Email Marketer
* Maintain and update corporate website assets in WordPress as needed
* Experience in B2B marketing with an emphasis on SaaS products is preferred, but not required
**Basic Qualifications:**
* BA/BS degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing, or related field
* 7+ years’ professional experience in the graphic design field
* Experience managing end-to-end email campaigns, with an emphasis on design and user experience
* Experience using Salesforce / Pardot
* Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Cloud
* Excellent design skills with basic HTML/CSS knowledge
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
* Enjoys collaboration, working as a team and has a sense of humor
* Ability to work independently but also follow direction
* Flexibility to work extra hours on special projects
