This role provides hands-on experience across all stages of major projects—from procurement and financing to licensing —alongside clients that include prominent developers, financial institutions, and government bodies. This firm’s in-depth knowledge of Saudi regulations and robust regional relationships position the firm well to manage complex, large-scale projects. This role is open to lawyers based in the region as well as those seeking to relocate.  In general, applicants will fulfill the following requirements:

– Senior Associate or Counsel level experience (from approximately 9 PQE)
– Non-contentious Projects, Energy and Infrastructure experience derived from a top-tier or international law firm environment
– Excellent academic track record
– Qualified in the UK, US, Australia or New Zealand
– The ability to guide, mentor and develop a team
– Patience and understanding and the ability to adapt to different styles and backgrounds when joining a multi-cultural team
– Excellent client relationship skills and a passion for client growth and business development.
